Phishing is an attempt to acquire personal information (such as username, password, or financial information) by impersonating a website or another person. Unfortunately, the internet is sometimes host to this type of fraudulent behavior.
fundstak phishing behavior includes contacting Campaign Organizers through their campaigns, posing as a legitimate donor, organization, or even as fundstak.
Please take extra precaution in opening suspicious emails or links, especially urgent requests or promises of additional donations. Don’t use the links in an email, instant message, or chat to get to any web page if you suspect the message might be inauthentic or the sender untrustworthy.
fundstak will never contact our customers through the campaign contact form to request contact, identification, or other personal information.
If you ever suspect that someone is impersonating fundstak or an employee of fundstak, please Contact Us to verify the authenticity of the message.
Additionally, customers should only sign in to their fundstak accounts via fundstak’s official website here. Customers should always look for the green lock showing the site is securely encrypted.
If you have received any suspicious correspondence regarding your fundstak campaign, please do not respond; instead, forward it to firstname.lastname@example.org or write our team directly by clicking the chat button below. We also encourage you to reset your fundstak and payment accounts’ passwords any time you receive a suspicious email. If you need assistance with that process, just let us know.
We appreciate you staying vigilant and helping us keep fundstak safe.
