How to Choose the Right Pictures for Your fundstak Campaign

With these tips, we know you’ll be able to find the right photos

We all know the saying “a picture is worth a thousand words”—this couldn’t be more true on fundstak Although your campaign description will tell your story best, your photos will make it easier for people to connect with your cause and want to donate. Here are a few do’s and don’ts to help you choose the perfect photos.

Do’s

  • Choose Pictures Related to Your Cause: Look through all of your photos and find the ones that help illustrate to your campaign’s story. If you’re raising funds to help cover your dog Winston’s vet bills, be sure to choose a few pictures that show off his how great he is, how he’s doing, and why he needs help.
  • Just a Few Will Do: Too many photos can be overwhelming for your donors and can even take away from your story. Be sure to choose the ones that really add important information and emotion.
  • Pick Clear, High Quality Photos: No one likes looking at blurry pictures! While you don’t have to have a professional photographer, it’s important to make sure that your photos are clear and look great on your campaign.

Don’ts

  • Make Sure Your Photos Are Family Friendly: Be sure that your photos are appropriate for all ages and are compliant with our Terms & Conditions. You can always refer to our Terms & Conditions here.
  • Don’t Use Photos That You Don’t Own: If you’d like to use photos, videos, or music that you don’t own, you must get permission first. While it’s best to use your own photos, you can check out Flickr’s Creative Commons database here for high quality stock photos.

With these tips, we know you’ll be able to find the right photos!
